intrade.bar partner program commission formula
intrade.bar partner program commission formula
This document describes how Future plus LLC (the "Company") calculates, accrues and pays commission to partners of the intrade.bar partner program. The program works on the RevShare model only: the partner receives a share of the Company's revenue from the clients attributed to them.
1. Key terms
- Partner's client: a client attributed to the partner under the rules of section 7.
- Base: the Company's revenue from the partner's clients for the accrual month (section 2).
- Rate: the share of the base the partner receives (section 3).
- QFTD: a client's qualified first deposit (section 6).
- Accrual month: a calendar month in UTC. All dates and times in this document are in UTC.
- Settlement period: one of the four periods of a month for which commission is settled (section 10).
2. The base: what counts
2.1. The base is the trading result of the partner's clients' real accounts for the accrual month: stakes lost by clients, minus net winnings paid to clients, plus or minus documented adjustments.
2.2. All of the partner's clients count, both those who lose and those who win. A client's winnings reduce the base. The results of all the partner's clients for the month are added together, so a month's base can also be negative (section 8).
2.3. Demo accounts, tournaments and ZYLO accounts are not included in the base.
2.4. Payment-processing fees are not deducted from the base. Nothing else is deducted from the base apart from documented adjustments. The network fee for paying the partner is borne by the Company and is not part of the calculation.
2.5. Every adjustment is made with a stated reason and is shown in the statement.
2.6. A settled period is never rewritten. If data for an earlier period arrives late, or a correction is needed (a refund, a chargeback, a cancelled or revised trade, a fraud finding, a client reassignment), the Company recalculates what was due at the rate and exchange rates of the month concerned and enters the difference as an adjustment, with its reason, in the next open settlement (section 10.7).
2.7. A trade belongs to the partner to whom the client was attributed at the moment the trade was opened.
2.8. The base is calculated to USD 0.0001 and the commission is rounded to the cent; both use banker's rounding (half to even).
Example 1. In a month the partner's clients lost $10,000 and their net winnings were $6,000. The Company's revenue (the base) is $4,000. At a 50 % rate the partner receives $2,000.
3. RevShare rate
3.1. The rate depends on the number of QFTDs the partner's clients made in the previous calendar month:
- 0 to 9 QFTDs: 45 %;
- 10 to 49 QFTDs: 50 %;
- 50 to 199 QFTDs: 55 %;
- 200 QFTDs or more: 60 %.
3.2. The rate is recalculated on the 1st of every month and applies to the whole base of that month, across all of the partner's clients, including those referred earlier. A rate is never fixed per client.
3.3. Amounts already credited are never taken back because a rate becomes final; any difference is added under clause 3.5.
3.4. A first deposit is judged over 14 days (section 6), so the rate for a new month is not final until the middle of the month (around the 15th), when all first deposits of the previous month have been judged. Until then every settlement of the month uses the lowest rate the partner can still receive for that month.
3.5. When the rate becomes final, the difference between the final rate and the lowest rate already used is added to the first settlement after that, for the whole month so far. The difference is never negative, so nothing credited is taken back because of the rate.
Example 2. In January the partner's clients made 50 QFTDs. From 1 February the partner's rate is 55 % on the whole base, including clients referred earlier. Until the rate is final (around 15 February) the settlements of 1 to 7 and 8 to 14 February use the lowest rate the partner can still receive, for example 45 %. If the base for 1 to 14 February is $2,000, $900 is credited at 45 %. When the rate becomes final at 55 %, the next settlement adds the difference of $200 ($2,000 × 10 %).
4. Lifetime minimum rate of 45 %
4.1. The partner's rate never falls below 45 %, whatever the number of QFTDs.
4.2. The minimum rate stops applying only if the partner is banned for fraud.
5. Holidays: keeping the rate
5.1. A "holiday" keeps the partner's current rate for one more month, even if in the previous month their clients made fewer QFTDs than that rate needs.
5.2. The partner turns a holiday on in the cabinet. A holiday applies only to the next calendar month: for example, a holiday turned on on 10 March applies in April. A holiday cannot be turned on for the current month.
5.3. If the QFTDs were enough to keep or raise the rate, a holiday that was turned on is not used up.
5.4. There can be no more than two holidays in any 12 consecutive months, and never two months in a row.
5.5. If no holiday is turned on or available, the new month's rate is set by the previous month's QFTDs (section 3), but never below 45 %.
Example 3. In March the partner's rate is 55 %, and in March they turn on a holiday for April in the cabinet. In March their clients made 20 QFTDs, which corresponds to 50 %, but April is a holiday and the rate stays at 55 %. Without the holiday it would be 50 %. In April the clients made 15 QFTDs; two holidays in a row are not possible, so in May the rate is 50 %. In May the clients made 60 QFTDs, and in June the rate rises to 55 %. Had the partner turned on a holiday for June, it would not have been used up, because the rate does not fall.
6. Qualified first deposit (QFTD)
6.1. A client's first deposit becomes qualified if, within 14 days after it, all of the following are met:
- the deposit is at least $10 at the exchange rate of the deposit day;
- the client has made at least 3 settled trades on a real account;
- the deposit has not been reversed through the payment provider or bank (chargeback);
- the client's account is not linked to other accounts.
6.2. A QFTD counts in the month in which the deposit was made.
7. Client attribution
7.1. A client is attributed to a partner by the last click on a partner link within 30 days before registration. After registration the client stays with the partner for life; later clicks on links do not by themselves re-attribute the client.
7.2. Order of attribution at registration: a valid promo code; then a link click within the last 30 days; then an old link of the form intrade.bar/N or ?partner_id=N. A promo code takes priority over another partner's link. Old links keep working.
7.3. A promo code only attributes the client to the partner and gives the client no additional benefit.
7.4. After registration, other partners' links and promo codes do not re-attribute a client.
7.5. Only the Company can move a client to another partner, or attribute to a partner a client who is not attributed to anyone, on a justified request made through a manager. Trades opened before the move stay with the previous partner. The Company does not tell a client which partner they are attributed to.
7.6. No commission accrues for clients from countries from which registration is blocked (the list is published in the partner cabinet).
8. Negative month and carry-forward
8.1. If a month's base is negative, the commission for that month is zero and the negative amount is carried forward to the following months and offset against future commission.
8.2. What is carried forward is an amount of commission: the negative base multiplied by the rate of the month in which it arose. If the rate later changes, the carried amount is not recalculated.
8.3. A loss that arises after commission was credited in the same month or earlier is first covered from the partner's money, in the order set out in clause 10.6. Only what is not covered that way is carried forward under clause 8.1.
Example 4. The rate is 50 % in March and in April. In March the base was minus $1,000: commission for March is $0, and minus $500 of commission is carried forward ($1,000 × 50 %). In April the base is plus $3,000 and commission before the carry-forward is $1,500 ($3,000 × 50 %); after the carry-forward $1,500 − $500 = $1,000 accrues.
Example 5. In May the partner's rate is 50 %. Client A lost $5,000 and client B won $7,000; May's base is minus $2,000. Commission for May is $0 and minus $1,000 is carried forward ($2,000 × 50 %). In May the clients made 50 QFTDs, so in June the rate is 55 %. June's base is $1,000 and commission before the carry-forward is $550 ($1,000 × 55 %); after the carry-forward $550 − $1,000 = minus $450, so commission for June is $0 and minus $450 is carried forward. In July the rate is 55 %, the base is $3,000 and commission before the carry-forward is $1,650 ($3,000 × 55 %); after the carry-forward $1,650 − $450 = $1,200 accrues. This $1,200 accrues for July and becomes available for payout after the hold (section 10).
9. Currency and exchange rate
9.1. Commission is accounted for in US dollars only.
9.2. Amounts in roubles are converted into dollars once for each day (UTC) at the official rate of the Bank of Russia for that day. The converted amount is fixed and is not converted again at payout.
9.3. Payouts are made in USDT at 1 US dollar = 1 USDT.
10. Settlements, hold and statements
10.1. Commission is settled four times a month, for the periods 1 to 7, 8 to 14, 15 to 21 and 22 to the end of the month. A period ends at 00:00 UTC on the 8th, the 15th, the 22nd and the 1st of the next month (the cutoff). The Company checks the data for 48 hours after the cutoff and then settles the period. A period never crosses a month.
10.2. Commission of a period is held for 14 days from the cutoff of that period and then becomes available for payout. For example, commission of the period 1 to 7 November (cutoff 8 November, 00:00 UTC) becomes available at 22 November, 00:00 UTC.
10.3. The hold is not released while a review of the partner or a voiding is still open for that money, or while the partner is banned or paused.
10.4. For every settlement and every month a statement is available in the cabinet: base, rate, credited commission, period and every adjustment with its reason.
10.5. Commission is still calculated for the calendar month as a whole: the base, the rate and the carry-forward are those of sections 2, 3 and 8. At each settlement the Company calculates the commission for the month so far and credits the difference between it and what was already credited for that month. The settlements of a month therefore add up exactly to the month's commission.
10.6. If the difference is negative (a later loss by clients), it is covered in this order: first from the partner's money still on hold, starting with the most recently held; then from available money that has not been requested for payout. Money already requested for payout is never touched. What remains is carried forward and covered by future commission (clause 8.1).
10.7. Late corrections (clause 2.6) are entered in the next open settlement. Settlements that have been made are never rewritten.
Example 6. The rate is final at 50 % and nothing is carried forward. In the period 1 to 7 November the partner's clients bring a base of $2,000. The period closes at the cut-off of 8 November, 00:00 UTC; after the data check (up to 48 hours) the settlement credits $1,000 ($2,000 × 50 %). This money is held for 14 days from the cut-off, until 22 November: during this time checks, disputes and reversals are possible, after which the money becomes available for payout. In the period 8 to 14 November the clients lose back $1,000, so the base for the month so far is $1,000 and the commission for the month so far is $500. The difference is minus $500, and it is covered from the money still on hold: $500 of the $1,000 is taken, $500 remains. If the $1,000 had already been requested for payout, nothing would be taken from it; the minus $500 would be carried forward and covered by future commission.
11. Payouts
11.1. Payouts are made only in USDT, on one of the networks offered in the cabinet: TRON (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Solana. No other payout method is available, including crediting a trading account.
11.2. The partner may request a payout no more than once every 7 days, unless individual terms provide otherwise. Cancelled and rejected requests do not count towards this.
11.3. The minimum payout is $50.
11.4. The first payout is possible once the partner's clients have made at least 1 QFTDs.
11.5. Requests of $1,000 or more require additional approval by the Company and may require identity verification (KYC) through the Shufti Pro service. The Company may also request such verification at any time where it has reasonable grounds (for example, a suspicion of fraud).
11.6. The payout is sent to the partner's current USDT wallet on the network the partner chose for that wallet. The partner is responsible for the address and the network being correct: a payout sent to the saved address on the saved network is a completed payout. The wallet is saved by the owner of the partner account or a team member holding the corresponding right, with confirmation by a two-factor authentication code and by e-mail. Payouts to a new wallet are possible 48 hours after it is saved; a wallet change triggers a notice with a "this wasn't me" link. The same 48-hour pause in payouts follows a change of e-mail, a password reset and a reset of two-factor authentication by Company staff.
11.7. A request is submitted by the owner or a team member holding the payout right and confirmed with a two-factor authentication code. Requests are processed manually by Company staff. The partner may cancel a request until staff take it into work. The Company may reject a request with a stated reason. In both cases the amount returns to the available balance. Once the payout is sent, the partner sees its status and a link to the transaction in a blockchain explorer.
11.8. The network fee is paid by the Company: the partner receives exactly the amount requested.
11.9. No payouts are made while:
- the account owner has not accepted the current versions of the partner agreement and the marketing rules (commission keeps accruing in the meantime);
- the partner's payouts are under review;
- an amount to be recovered is outstanding (section 12);
- the account is dormant: if nobody has logged in to the partner account for 12 months, commission keeps accruing, but payouts resume only after a re-check by Company staff.
12. Voiding and recovery of commission
12.1. Commission on clients involved in a breach of the program rules or in fraud is voided (see the "Marketing rules"). For confirmed hedging, commission on such a client is voided for the whole period the client is attributed.
12.2. Voided amounts that have not yet been paid are cancelled automatically; if they had already been offset against a negative carry-forward, the carry-forward increases accordingly.
12.3. Commission already paid is recovered by an adjustment. Until the amount to be recovered is covered, no payouts are made.
13. Changes to the calculation terms
13.1. The standard values stated in this document, including the settlement cycle of section 10, apply from 1 November 2026. Individual terms may be agreed with a particular partner.
13.2. Changes to the standard values take effect only from the 1st of a month and are published at least 14 days in advance, in the cabinet and by e-mail. Changes are never retroactive; a change log is published.
