intrade.bar partner agreement
This partner agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Future plus LLC, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines under registration number 2562 LLC 2022, with its registered address at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (the "Company", "we", "us"), and the person or company that registers a partner account on the intrade.bar partner platform and accepts this Agreement (the "Partner", "you").
Please read this Agreement together with the documents it refers to: the Commission formula, the Marketing rules and the Privacy notice. All of them are published in the partner cabinet.
1. Definitions
1.1. In this Agreement the following terms have the meanings set out below.
- Program: the intrade.bar partner (affiliate) program operated by the Company under this Agreement.
- Platform: the partner platform at partner.intrade.bar, including the partner cabinet, the tracker, postbacks and the Partner API.
- Cabinet: the Partner's personal area on the Platform.
- Client: a person who registers an account on intrade.bar.
- Partner's client: a Client attributed to the Partner under the rules of the Commission formula.
- Partner link and promo code: the tracking links and codes issued to the Partner in the Cabinet.
- Commission: the remuneration due to the Partner, calculated under the Commission formula.
- Commission formula: the published document that sets out how Commission is calculated, accrued, held and paid, including its worked examples and the standard values in force.
- Marketing rules: the published document that sets out how the Partner may and may not promote intrade.bar.
- Privacy notice: the published privacy notice of the Program.
- Terms: this Agreement together with the Commission formula, the Marketing rules and the Privacy notice, each in its current version.
- Owner: the member of the Partner's account who holds the owner role and acts for the Partner in accepting the Terms.
- Team member: any person given access to the Partner's account by the Partner, including the Owner.

- Fraud: any conduct described as fraud, self-referral, linked accounts, hedging or another abuse in the Marketing rules or in section 7 of this Agreement.
1.2. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation". Times and dates are in UTC unless stated otherwise.
2. Acceptance and documents
2.1. You accept this Agreement by ticking the acceptance box when you apply to the Program, or, for a later version, by accepting it in the Cabinet. Only the Owner can accept the Terms for the Partner.
2.2. When the Terms are accepted the Platform records which version was accepted, a fingerprint of its text, the accepting user, the language, the IP address, the browser identifier and the time. This record is evidence of acceptance.
2.3. The Terms form one agreement. If they conflict, the Commission formula prevails on the calculation and payment of Commission, the Marketing rules prevail on promotion and prohibited traffic, the Privacy notice prevails on the handling of personal data, and this Agreement prevails on everything else. Individual terms agreed with a particular Partner and recorded in the Cabinet prevail over the standard values of the Commission formula for that Partner.
2.4. This Agreement is written in English, and the English text is the only binding version. Any translation the Company may provide is for convenience only.
2.5. Partners who joined the previous intrade.bar partner program, which operated until 1 November 2026 (the "legacy program"), are subject to the additional rules of section 21.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or over and to companies.
3.2. By applying and by accepting the Terms you confirm, and you confirm again each time you request a payout, that:
- if you are an individual, you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
- if you are a company, you are validly existing and the person accepting the Terms is authorised to bind you;
- you are not resident in, and do not act from, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States;
- neither you nor, for a company, your owners, directors or authorised persons are named on any sanctions list maintained by those bodies (including the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list);
- the information you give in the application and in the Cabinet is true, complete and kept up to date.
3.3. You must tell us at once at partners@intrade.bar if any of these statements stops being true.
3.4. Every application is reviewed by the Company. The Company may accept or decline an application at its discretion.
3.5. If it turns out that the Partner, or the Owner of a company account, was under 18 when applying, this is a serious breach even if it comes to light after the person has turned 18. The Company closes the account, voids all Commission not yet paid and may recover Commission already paid, as for Fraud.
4. The Program and attribution
4.1. The Partner refers Clients to intrade.bar using its Partner links and promo codes. Clients are attributed to the Partner under the attribution rules of the Commission formula. In summary: the last click on a Partner link within 30 days before registration, or a valid promo code, attributes the Client, who then stays with the Partner for life. Only the Company can move a Client to another partner, as described in the Commission formula.
4.2. A promo code only attributes the Client to the Partner. It gives the Client no bonus or other benefit.
4.3. No Commission accrues for Clients from countries from which registration on intrade.bar is blocked. The current list is published in the Cabinet.
4.4. Clients must be at least 18 years old. If it turns out that a Client was under 18 when registering, no Commission accrues on that Client and Commission already accrued on that Client is void, even if this comes to light after the Client has turned 18.
4.5. The Program works on the RevShare model only. The Company does not offer CPA, hybrid or turnover-based commission, and does not offer a sub-affiliate (multi-level) program. Any such model would be introduced only through a new version of the Terms.
4.6. The Partner acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in the Terms makes the Partner an employee, agent, representative or joint venturer of the Company. The Partner may not make any statement or commitment on behalf of the Company, may not accept money from Clients and may not manage Client funds.
4.7. Several people may work in one Partner account. Each Team member has a personal login and must use two-factor authentication. The Partner is responsible for everything done through its account by its Team members, for choosing whom it gives access and which rights, and for removing access promptly when a person should no longer have it.
5. Commission and payouts
5.1. The Company pays the Partner Commission calculated in accordance with the Commission formula. The Commission formula sets out, among other things, the revenue base, the rates and the lifetime minimum rate, holidays, qualified first deposits, the negative-month carry-forward, currency conversion, month close, the hold period, statements, payout conditions and the voiding and recovery of Commission. This Agreement does not repeat those rules.
5.2. Commission is accounted for in US dollars and paid in USDT to the Partner's current wallet saved in the Cabinet, on one of the networks offered in the Cabinet: TRON (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Solana. No other payout method is available.
5.3. The first payout is possible only after the Partner's clients have made the minimum number of QFTDs stated in the Commission formula (under the standard terms, at least one QFTD).
5.4. The Partner must keep its wallet details correct. A payout sent to the wallet saved in the Partner's account is treated as paid to the Partner. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by a wrong wallet address entered by the Partner or by unauthorised use of the Partner's account that results from the Partner's failure to protect its credentials.
5.5. Payouts are not made while any of the conditions listed in the Commission formula applies, including while the current Terms have not been accepted, while the Partner's payouts are under review, while an amount to be recovered is outstanding, or while the account is dormant. Commission keeps accruing during such periods unless it is voided under the Terms.
5.6. Commission statements are available in the Cabinet. If you believe a statement is wrong, please write to partners@intrade.bar with the details. This must be done within 30 days of the statement becoming available; after that the statement is final, except for an obvious error or Fraud.
6. Marketing obligations
6.1. The Partner must promote intrade.bar only in accordance with the Marketing rules, including the mandatory risk warning, the forbidden traffic sources and claims, and the rules on self-referral and linked accounts.
6.2. The Partner must comply with all laws and regulations that apply in every country where it promotes intrade.bar or where its audience is located, including laws on advertising, consumer protection, financial promotions, electronic communications, data protection and gambling or trading restrictions. If promoting intrade.bar is not lawful in a country, the Partner must not promote it there.
6.3. The Partner is solely responsible for the content of its websites, channels, pages and advertising materials.
7. Prohibited conduct and fraud
7.1. The Partner must not obtain or try to obtain Commission by any dishonest or artificial means. This includes self-referral, registering linked accounts, opposite trades between linked accounts (hedging), incentivised or forced traffic, misleading advertising, and any other conduct forbidden by the Marketing rules.
7.2. The Company checks activity in the Program for signs of breach and fraud, as described in the Marketing rules and the Privacy notice.
7.3. Where there is a serious sign of a breach, the Company may suspend the Partner's payouts at once while the case is reviewed. The Cabinet then shows the status "payout under review". The Company does not disclose the reasons or the signals it uses, so that its fraud checks remain effective.
7.4. After the review the Company may clear the case and resume payouts, void the Commission on the Clients involved, or end the Partner's participation, as set out in the Marketing rules and the Commission formula. For confirmed hedging, Commission on the Client concerned is voided for the whole period that Client is attributed. Commission already paid on voided Clients is recovered by an adjustment.
7.5. If the Partner is banned for Fraud, the Clients attributed to the Partner pass to the Company, Commission on the offending Clients is void, and the lifetime minimum rate no longer applies.
7.6. The Terms provide for no fines or penalties other than the measures described in this section, the Marketing rules and the Commission formula.
8. Verification (KYC)
8.1. At signup the Company asks only for the information in the application form.
8.2. While identity verification is enabled on the Platform, payout requests at or above the approval threshold stated in the Commission formula require verification of the Partner's identity through the Shufti Pro service before they are paid.
8.3. The Company may also ask the Partner to verify its identity, and for a company also its owners, directors or authorised persons, at any other time where it has reasonable grounds to do so, for example to confirm eligibility under section 3, to investigate a suspected breach or Fraud, to protect the Partner's account, or to meet a legal obligation.
8.4. Payouts that require verification are not made until verification is completed. Refusal to complete verification may lead to suspension of payouts or termination under section 13. Commission accrued is not lost merely because verification is pending.
9. Data protection
9.1. The Company and the Partner are each an independent controller of the personal data they process in connection with the Program. The Partner is the controller of the data about its own website visitors, audience, subscribers and traffic. The Company is the controller of the data about Partners and Team members and about Clients. The Privacy notice describes how the Company processes personal data.
9.2. The Partner must:
- have a lawful basis, and where the law requires it the consent of the person concerned, for any personal data it collects, including through its own tracking, cookies and postback receivers;
- give its own visitors any privacy information the law requires;
- use data received from the Company through the Cabinet, postbacks or the Partner API only to measure and optimise its own traffic, as the Marketing rules require;
- not attempt to identify a Client from the pseudonymous identifier or other data provided by the Company;
- keep such data secure and delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose;
- tell the Company without undue delay at partners@intrade.bar if it becomes aware of unauthorised access to such data.
10. Postbacks and the Partner API
10.1. The Platform can send postbacks (server-to-server notifications of events) to addresses the Partner configures, and the Company may give a Partner access to the Partner API. API access is given only to Partners for whom the Company enables it.
10.2. The Partner is responsible for the server that receives postbacks, for its security and for the processing of what it receives. A postback may be delivered more than once and is retried for a limited time; the Partner should use the event identifier to discard duplicates. An endpoint that keeps failing may be disabled automatically.
10.3. API tokens and postback signing secrets are confidential credentials of the Partner. The Partner is responsible for keeping them secret and for all use made of them. A token that may have leaked must be revoked in the Cabinet at once.
10.4. The Partner must keep within the request limits and quotas published in the API documentation; they are part of the Terms and the Company may change them. Breaking changes to API version /v1 are announced in the Cabinet at least 30 days in advance, and a version that is being retired keeps working for at least 90 days after its replacement is published.
10.5. Data received through postbacks and the API is confidential information of the Company. It may be used only to measure and optimise the Partner's own traffic, and may not be sold, licensed or passed to third parties.
10.6. The Company may suspend postbacks or API access during a review, and stops them when the Partner is banned.
11. Intellectual property and brand use
11.1. The intrade.bar name, logos, website content and any promotional materials the Company makes available belong to the Company or its licensors.
11.2. While the Partner takes part in the Program, the Company grants the Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the intrade.bar name and the materials the Company makes available, only to promote intrade.bar through its Partner links and promo codes in accordance with the Terms.
11.3. The Partner must not bid on search queries containing "intrade" and must not present its site, page, account or channel as the official intrade.bar site or an official representative, as described in the Marketing rules. Domain names, social-media accounts and app names containing "intrade" may be used only with the Company's prior written consent.
11.4. When the Partner's participation ends, this right ends and the Partner must remove the intrade.bar name and materials from its resources within 30 days.
12. Confidentiality
12.1. Confidential information means any non-public information received in connection with the Program, including individual commission terms, statements, data about Clients, data received through the Cabinet, postbacks or the API, access credentials, and non-public information about the Platform and the Company's fraud checks.
12.2. Each party will keep the other party's confidential information secret, use it only for the Program and disclose it only to persons who need it for that purpose and are bound by similar duties, or where the law requires disclosure.
12.3. These obligations continue for 5 years after the end of the Partner's participation. Obligations relating to personal data last for as long as the data is held.
13. Term, suspension and termination
13.1. This Agreement starts when it is accepted and continues until it is terminated.
13.2. The Partner may terminate this Agreement at any time by notice from the Owner to partners@intrade.bar.
13.3. The Company may terminate this Agreement for any reason with 14 days' notice given in the Cabinet and by e-mail.
13.4. The Company may terminate this Agreement, or suspend the Partner's account or payouts, with immediate effect if:
- the Partner commits Fraud;
- the Partner commits a material breach of the Terms, including the Marketing rules;
- any statement in section 3 is or becomes untrue;
- the Partner refuses to complete a verification requested under section 8;
- continuing would put the Company in breach of the law, a court order or sanctions.
13.5. After termination no new Commission accrues for the Partner, including on Clients attributed to it.
13.6. If this Agreement is terminated by either party for a reason other than Fraud, Commission already accrued up to the termination date is paid in the normal way after the hold described in the Commission formula, less any amounts to be recovered and subject to the voiding rules. The payout schedule applies to this final payout; the minimum payout amount and the first-payout condition do not.
13.7. If the Partner is banned for Fraud, section 7.5 applies, and Commission on the offending Clients is void.
13.8. Termination does not affect rights and duties that arose before it. Sections 5.6, 7, 9, 10.5, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18 and 20 survive termination.
13.9. If no one logs in to the Partner account for 12 months, the account becomes dormant as described in the Commission formula. Dormancy is not termination: Commission keeps accruing, and payouts resume after a re-check by the Company.
13.10. If an individual Partner dies, the Partner account, with its history, Clients, rate, holidays and balance, may be transferred to the Partner's heir on presentation of documents proving succession and after verification of the heir. The heir must send a death certificate, a document confirming the right of succession (a certificate of inheritance or a court decision) and its own identity document, within 12 months of the death. Until the transfer the account is frozen: Commission keeps accruing, but no payouts are made.
14. Liability and indemnity
14.1. The Platform is provided "as is". The Company aims to keep it available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular volume of Clients or any level of Commission. Statistics shown in the Cabinet before a month is closed are provisional; the closed month's statement is the record.
14.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, however it arises.
14.3. The Company's total liability to the Partner under or in connection with the Terms is limited to the total Commission paid to the Partner in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4. Nothing in the Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law, including liability for fraud.
14.5. The Partner will indemnify the Company against all losses, damages, costs (including reasonable legal costs), fines and third-party claims arising from the Partner's breach of the Terms, from its advertising and content, or from its breach of any law in the places where it promotes intrade.bar.
14.6. Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, acts of authorities, sanctions, failures of networks, blockchains, payment or hosting providers, or cyber-attacks. The affected party will tell the other party and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible. Commission keeps accruing during such an event.
15. Taxes
15.1. The Partner is solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes, duties and contributions that apply to the Commission it receives, and for any registration or reporting it needs, in every country where they arise.
15.2. Commission amounts stated in the Commission formula and in statements are the full amounts due from the Company. The Company does not withhold tax from Commission and does not currently ask Partners for tax documents; it may ask for them where the law requires.
16. Changes to the Terms
16.1. The Company may change the Terms by publishing a new version. Partners are notified at least 14 days before a new version takes effect, in the Cabinet and by e-mail. A public change log describes each change.
16.2. Changes are never retroactive: periods that have already closed are settled under the terms that applied to them. Changes to the standard values of the Commission formula take effect only from the 1st of a month, as stated there.
16.3. A new version must be accepted by the Owner in the Cabinet. Until the Owner accepts the current version of the agreement and the Marketing rules, Commission keeps accruing but payouts are blocked. Statistics remain available.
16.4. If the Partner does not agree with a new version, it may terminate this Agreement under section 13.2 before or after the new version takes effect; Commission accrued under the earlier version is then paid under section 13.6; acceptance of the new version is not required for that final payout.
17. Notices
17.1. The Company sends notices to the Partner through the Cabinet and to the e-mail address of the Owner registered in the account. The Partner must keep that address up to date. A notice is treated as received when it is shown in the Cabinet or sent to that address.
17.2. The Partner sends notices, questions, complaints, legal notices and data-protection requests to partners@intrade.bar.
17.3. Formal legal notices may also be sent to the Company's registered address stated at the beginning of this Agreement.
18. Governing law and disputes
18.1. The Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
18.2. The parties will first try to settle any dispute in good faith. The Partner starts this by writing to partners@intrade.bar with a description of the issue. The Company answers within 14 days, or within 30 days in complex cases. Time limits for disputing a statement (section 5.6) and for appealing a decision under the Marketing rules (section 10 of the Marketing rules) still apply.
18.3. If the dispute is not settled, the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Miscellaneous
19.1. The Terms are the entire agreement between the parties on the Program and replace any earlier agreement or understanding on the same subject, subject to section 21 for the legacy program.
19.2. The Partner may not assign or transfer its rights or duties under the Terms without the Company's written consent, except as provided in section 13.10. The Company may assign the Terms to a successor of its business with notice to the Partner.
19.3. If any provision of the Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force, and the provision is applied to the greatest extent permitted.
19.4. A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
19.5. No third party has any right to enforce the Terms.
20. Records
20.1. The Company's records on the Platform, including attribution, trading results, statements and acceptance records, are the basis for calculating Commission, unless the Partner shows that they are wrong.
21. Partners of the legacy program
21.1. A partner of the legacy program, which operated until 1 November 2026, joins the Platform only by proving ownership of its legacy partner account, using the transfer button in the legacy partner cabinet or a personal invitation from the Company.
21.2. Accepting this Agreement is required to receive payouts through the Platform. From the moment the Partner's account is switched to the Platform, the Terms replace the legacy partner agreement for that account, including its commission model.
21.3. Commission for periods before the switch remains governed by the legacy program and is settled there. Late corrections to those periods are not carried into the Platform.
21.4. A partner in good standing in the legacy program (no open Fraud case and no serious breach of its rules) has any negative balance carried in that program written off in full when it accepts this Agreement. For other partners the Company reviews the negative balance individually and may write it off in full, keep it as a separate opening statement, or decline to switch the account to the Platform.
